Camp Cousins In Love by Rhett Blue is a short story that pretty much tells you everything in the tittle, Perry and Tommy have a secret relationship. Both boys are involved in the boy scouts, Perry is a scout master in training with his beautiful blonde blue eyed cousin possibly in a similar role. Blue introduces them beautifully as college bound Perry looks at his refection in the mirror. He laments looking like, "a dorky Harry Potter" who is picked on more times than he can count. The closeted virgin does, however have the comfort of his same age cousin, Tommy. Due to their sexuality, involvement with the Boy Scouts and blood relationship, you can imagine why they would choose to keep their romantic relationship a secret. Rhett's writing is very romantic and sensual, with a tittle like this I almost expected a showcase of vulgar use of phrases to capture the boys sexual escapades in a hidden run down shack. When both boys begin kissing and touching, its soft and tender. Blue has a specialty in sharing the tactile feel and the feel of the male skin. Reader, be prepared this read is a short one though. More of a free sample than a tease of a short story. Still a great little escape into the woods.
